I started in sales, training, and management, where the job was to understand what someone actually needed, not just what they first asked for.
That background still shapes my engineering work. I talk to users, turn ambiguous problems into concrete decisions, and follow features all the way through production. I moved into software full-time in 2023 and built the early agent-orchestration system that became Sophosic.
